Duplicate set of documents no longer required 10.05.2010 The Ship Registers have implemented the use of an electronic archive which will replace our paper-based files.
When returning a registered document we will scan a copy to be kept on the vessel's electronic file. It is, therefore, no longer necessary for users to submit dual sets of, for example, mortgage document, title documents or correct copies of shipbuilding contracts.
