Simplified registration requirements for companies registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises 05.16.2006
Company Certificates from the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises are no longer required.
The Ship Registers now obtain all necessary company information directly from the Register of Business Enterprises.
Company Certificates will still be required for foreign registered owners.
