The Bunkers Convention 10.10.2008
Norway has ratified the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage which enters into force on 21 November 2008
The Norwegian Maritime Directorate- NMD will be the authority in charge of issuing insurance sertificates for Norwegian ships.
Applications may now be forwarded directly to the Directorate.
